A discount code to apply shipping rules

I'm looking for a discount app that will remove shipping options and automatically select a pre programmed option of "PICK UP AT X VENUE" when used.

I'm a small niche market vendor. I will be attending a show to sell my merch. I've created specific discounts for people that will attend the show. I want an app that will basically look at the discount codes used. If used, all other shipping options are removed and the "PICK UP AT SHOW" option is the only one the shows up.
