Ability for buy X get Y discounts to repeat multiple times per order

We would like the ability for our Buy X Get Y campaigns to automatically repeat within the same order. For example, if we create a Buy 2 Get 1 offer, customers who purchase 4 items should receive 2 free items, and the reward should continue applying proportionally as quantities increase. Currently, the discount only applies once per order, and we cannot set up a dynamic formula that repeats the reward. Having this functionality would allow us to run more flexible and scalable promotions without manually adjusting quantities.
