Ability to customize and translate pre-order related text in cart

We would like the ability to edit and translate the pre-order related text that appears in the cart, including support for additional languages such as Traditional Chinese. Currently, these texts appear to be fixed and cannot be customized from our side. Being able to control this content would help us ensure consistent language and branding across the entire customer experience, especially for stores operating in multiple languages.
