Ability to disable subscriptions by specific country or market

We would like the ability to disable subscription purchases for specific countries or Shopify Markets, such as New Zealand. Currently, the subscription option can still appear on the product page and allow customers to proceed through checkout with subscription pricing, even when we do not want subscriptions to be available in that region. We need a way to fully control subscription availability by market so that customers in certain countries can only purchase products as one-time orders, without seeing or being able to select a subscription option.
