Ability to easily edit customer email addresses on requests

The merchant would like the ability to quickly and easily update a customer’s email address on an existing request within the app, without needing to create a new request or go through a CSV import. Currently, updating a customer’s email involves a multi-step process that can be time-consuming, especially when dealing with frequent customer changes or corrections.

Having a direct edit option for customer email addresses would make the workflow much more efficient and user-friendly. This feature would save merchants time and reduce friction when customers need to update their contact information after submitting a request.
