Ability to edit instructional text inside Buy X Get Y pop-up widget

We would like the ability to customize the instructional text shown inside the Buy X Get Y pop-up widget, such as the message guiding customers on how many products they can add. Currently, this specific text cannot be edited or translated, even though most other parts of the widget are customizable. Allowing this text to be edited would help us fully localize the widget and ensure a consistent experience for our customers.
