Ability to exclude products with Shopify 'compare at price' from discount codes

Customer wants a discount code that does not apply to products already discounted via Shopify's native 'compare at price' field. Request a new feature: allow Advanced Discount Code campaigns to exclude products dynamically based on Shopify product attributes (e.g., 'compareatprice' present or compareatprice > price), and ensure that code-based discounts are supported (not only automatic discounts).
