Ability to set cart amount as X in Buy X Get Y campaigns

We would like the ability to use a minimum cart amount as the X condition in Buy X Get Y campaigns instead of only a minimum product quantity. This would let us create spend-based offers such as rewarding customers when they reach a cart value threshold. If this would be helpful for your store as well, please upvote this request!
