Ability to show pre-order only for specific countries or markets

We would like the ability to display the pre-order status only for customers in specific countries or markets, such as showing pre-order for Germany while allowing customers in other regions like the US to purchase normally. This would help us manage availability differences across markets more accurately.

Currently, the pre-order and purchase buttons appear globally based on overall inventory, which limits our ability to tailor the buying experience by region. Having market-based control would better reflect real availability for our customers.
