Activate the campaign discounts when customers use a code

i would like to use a tiered discount for black friday with 2 tiers - 10% from 100€ aov, 15% from 150€ aov. these should automatically apply to the cart when customers add more products. however, this whole campaign can only be activated by customers, if they enter a discound code at the checkout - meaning i need automated 2 tiers that are being activated with a discount code, filled in by the customer. the discounts should not be for everyone, but only upon active application by the customer (by this, we can better reward certain customer groups).
