Ad campaign identifier

When a Discounty campaign is applied to a product and an order is placed, does Discounty add any campaign identifier (campaign name / ID) to:

Shopify order tags

Order note attributes

Order metafields

If not by default, is there any configuration or feature available to:

Automatically tag orders based on the applied Discounty campaign, or

Pass campaign information into the order JSON via metafields or note attributes?
