Add a warning that says: Bulk price editor combines with other promo codes

warn people not to have a full store promo code turned on when you download your app. If I have a 50% off sale storewide usng your app, then I accidentally leave a storewide promo code on I’ve already created it Shopify, it combines - 75% off. We lost money for the first few hours of our sale this way.
