Add cashback reward option in Discounty campaigns

The merchant would like Discounty to support cashback rewards as part of discount campaigns. Instead of only applying percentage or fixed-amount discounts at checkout, they want to offer customers a cashback incentive when specific spending conditions are met (for example: spend ≥30 KD and receive 7% cashback).

This feature would allow merchants to reward customers with store credit or cash value after purchase, creating more flexible promotional options and encouraging repeat spending. Cashback rewards are a powerful way to increase customer retention and engagement while giving merchants greater control over how incentives are structured.
