Add customizable pop-up for free shipping reminders in cart (inspired by "Culbeans")

The merchant would like to display a pop-up message in the cart reminding customers that they can enjoy free shipping when their cart total reaches a specific threshold. For example, if a customer’s total is below $55, the pop-up would appear with a message such as “You’re almost there! Enjoy FREE SHIPPING when you buy $55 or more!” and include a “Continue Shopping” button.

This feature would help merchants increase average order value by motivating customers to add more items to qualify for free shipping. Since the free shipping settings are already configured in Shopify, the pop-up would serve purely as a visual prompt and incentive, not as a discount rule itself.
