add discount after the minimum quantity is added to the cart

I set the "minimum quantity of items" on 5 with a fixed amout = 10 (The product originally cost 20). If I buy 15 unit , I will pay the 5th first 20€ an the next 10 will cost 10€.

the first 5 items will cost the original price and the next items will cost less
