Add Editable Cart Text for Preorder Labels

Allow merchants to edit and translate preorder-related cart labels directly from the preorder content settings, including texts like “Availability date:”, “Payment:”, and “Preorder”. These labels currently do not have editable input fields in the UI, so merchants need a separate cart content section to customize them properly without relying on CSS workarounds.
