Add the tiered widget to other pages for specific customers

I want to be able to make a collection page that i use to target another target group. that target group buys in bulk. and wnat to have the widget just embeded for that page that is made specific for that target group i cant have Quantity & volume discount available on other page where the product is available. i do not want to do duplicates of the products since that will mess up the data statistics. on that collection page i will have same products but with an different copy and target group I sell to individuals and also to vocal groups that buys in bulk of 8,12,20, 50 so they need another way of buying with a bulk price discount stair.
