Adding a different product to an existing subscription and use the posted subscription price

This has been a recurring problem and takes up a lot of customer service time. Customers are expecting when the put another product in their subscription that they will be getting the product for the published subscription price. This is not happening. They are getting the one time order price, but the system is applying the coupon set up for subscriptions.
