Allow 100% discount on a specific variant for a limited quantity of units and selected customers

I want an advanced discount code that gives a 100% discount to a specific product variant (the TESTER variant) that can be applied to approximately 500 units total and can be restricted to a specific list of customers (so only selected customers can redeem it).
