Apply subscription to specific bundle options

I'd like the default options to be 1 jar, 2 jars, and 3 jars. When someone selects 1 jar, I'd like them to have the option to Subscribe & Save. However, I don't want the Subscribe & Save option to appear for the 2-jar or 3-jar bundle deals—those should remain one-time purchases only.
