Apply the discount only if there is a single line item

I want to be able to discount if they only have a single line item, even if its the same product/variant.

I'm using the "EasyFlow" which adds additional color fields to the product, presumably storing the selected color in the meta data of the purchase, not an actual variant.

I want to ensure if I setup a minimum quantity discount that it will treat each line item, separately.
