Bulk unique codes that activate on email send and expire after X days

I want the ability to bulk-generate unique discount codes for an email flow where each code becomes active on the individual recipient's email send date and then automatically expires X days later (e.g., 15% off that activates when the email is sent and expires 30 days after that).
