Buy X & Y, Get the Cheaper Item Free

I'm having a 1+1 free on the entire collection. Additionally, I want to have the cheapest swimwear item to be the free one. For example: if there's one item for €40 and one for €60, the €40 one should be free and the total price should be €60.
