Charge Subscriptions Until a Specific Date

I want to have the ability to take subscriptions until a specific date each month, such as the 10th or 15th, after which we will start making the skirts. This feature would allow us to charge customers up until that specific date, ensuring that the skirts are made and delivered the following month. This would help streamline our production and delivery process.
