Chrage customers for their product request

We are not guaranteeing the item will be restocked. We want the card to be pre-authorized for a deferred payment IF the item restocks. How we explain it to a customer is:

"Waitlisting this item gives you priority if it restocks. You will only be charged when the item restocks, and it will be shipped immediately."
