Collection based pre-order offer selection

The merchant wants the ability to include or exclude items from pre-order offers using entire collections, instead of selecting products one by one. Right now, Notify Me only supports product-level selection, which becomes time-consuming and difficult to manage for stores with many items or brands.

They would like to assign custom return or shipping times to full collections, so that all products within a collection automatically inherit the same pre-order settings. This would make it easier and faster to manage large assortments, especially when different brands or categories require different timelines.
