Contacting Current/Paused Subscribers

I've asked for an email list of all current and paused subscribers so I could send out a reminder/message to everyone to ensure they had proper payment methods updated and for the paused folks to reconsider and unpause, which was helpful the one time I asked for the emails. Would it be possible to have access through the app, like on Shopify itself the option to message current/paused/expiring subscribers?
