Control and schedule Continue selling when OOS option

Although there is an option to schedule preorder activation within the panel, the continue selling when OOS option still needs to be manually enabled. If I keep it on, then the Add to Cart button will appear while the product is not ready to be sold. Product PreOrder goes live Mionday at 10am. I dont want anyone to be able to purchase prior to then. I set the offer to start at 10am Monday. But I have to set the product to 'continue selling when out of stock', which means people can buy the product before the offer starts. This is not ideal and it would be better if this option is also automatically controlled within the app.
