Country selection

when customer signs up with email for back in stock notification, he/she can pick a country. super helpful for us to better plan and allocate our inventory among our 2 warehouses in USA & Europe. because right now we only see the email addresses but not if most of the requests are coming from e.g. Italy, USA etc.
