Create recurring orders at a specific set time

Is there a way to get the orders that are on subscription to import at the same time each day? For Example: I think at the moment, when a customer subscribes on 4th April at 13:05pm - the next order will generate at 4th May 13:05pm - is there a way that each day, all the orders that have been paid for on subscription import at 7am? Rather than the time they originally subscribed?
