Create separate discount codes for each threshold

Create one Advanced Discount Code campaign per threshold (each uses the Order Discount module with a fixed-amount discount and a minimum purchase amount). For example, using the amounts you specified: 1) Code A: €5 off with minimum purchase €60; 2) Code B: €10 off with minimum purchase €90; 3) Code C: €10 off with minimum purchase €120. Customers must enter the appropriate code at checkout. Note: this avoids auto-apply behavior and stays within supported features; you cannot auto-apply or enforce mutual exclusivity between codes.
