Create two order discount codes (no free gift)

Create two Advanced Discount Code campaigns using Order Discount modules: 1) Code: BFCM20 — Order Discount: 20% off, Minimum purchase amount: $100. 2) Code: BFCM15 — Order Discount: 15% off, No minimum (or minimum $0). Note: Free Gnome Ornament cannot be provided via Advanced Discount Code. Also, because the platform cannot enforce mutually-exclusive tier usage, customers might apply the 15% code on orders over $100; communicate to customers (email / store copy) to use BFCM20 for orders over $100 to achieve the intended effect.
