cross-reference discount codes against IP

We offer a 10% new customer discount, discount code is one use per customer. However, we are finding that are large number of customers are now using that offer accross multiple email accounts. We would like a feature where discount codes can be cross-referenced against IP address to avoid this customer behavior and ensure one time use.
