Custom sort order for products in Add/Swap modal (Customer Portal)

Description:

Merchants would like the ability to control the sort order of products displayed in the add/swap product modal within the customer portal.

Current Behavior:

Products in the add/swap modal appear in a default/unsorted order that doesn't align with how merchants organize their offerings.

Requested Behavior:

Allow products to be sorted or grouped by category.
