Different back in stock email for preorder products

Is there any way to set up two separate customer notifications: 1. A “Back in stock” email when inventory is added 2. A different notification when an item becomes available for pre-order (i.e. when “continue selling when out of stock” is enabled) Ideally, we’d like customers to be notified as soon as an item is available to purchase again in either scenario, so even if that’s via pre-order rather than a full restock. For example: If a customer has been signed up to be notified once there is a restock, they get a notification to say: “Your item is back in stock” BUT, if that item isn't restocked but instead becomes available for pre-order, that same customer then gets a notification to say “Your item is now available to pre-order”
