Different quantities for different frequencies on the same product

Specifically, I’m looking to offer monthly, quarterly, and yearly subscription options for a bundle product. What’s crucial for me is that when a customer selects e.g. the quarterly plan, the product quantity and total price update accordingly, since I want to deliver a larger supply (e.g. 3-month supply).

Same logic applies for the yearly plan (12-month prepaid, with corresponding supply and adjusted price).
