differentiate between subscription and one time for quantity campaign

For regular (one-time purchase) products, we want to apply a specific fixed discount when the same conditions are met. For example, when the combined quantity of eligible products reaches 2, a fixed discount of $49 should be applied. However, if those eligible products are purchased through a subscription plan, we would like to apply a different fixed discount instead (for example, $39) while keeping the same quantity conditions.
