Discount for specific price lists

We have a retail price and a trade price. The trade price is not a specific discount from retail (ie 30% off) so we need to setup a separate trade price hidden from retail customers (via login) Then we offer additional % discounts off trade (on all product) 5% 10% 12% 15%
