Discount logic for paired fixed-price promotions

The merchant would like to create a discount campaign where the discount applies in pairs rather than to every product individually. Specifically, when a customer adds two eligible products to their cart, the total combined price of those two items becomes a fixed amount (for example, $990). If the customer adds three items, only two should qualify for the discount, while the third remains at its regular price. Similarly, if four products are added, the promotion should apply twice, creating two discounted pairs at the fixed combined price.

Currently, Discounty applies discounts to all qualifying products once the trigger condition is met, which doesn’t allow for excluding additional items beyond the first set. This requested feature would enable merchants to create more flexible, tiered promotions that better fit real-world campaign strategies, such as “2 for a fixed price” offers where extra products are charged at full price.

This feature would help merchants design more precise and profitable bundle promotions, improving the shopping experience for customers and increasing conversion flexibility. If you’d find this feature useful, please give it an upvote!
