Don’t apply discounts to variants already on sale

Please advise if your app settings allow for a global option like “Don’t apply discounts to items already on sale” at the product variant level. This would be particularly helpful for my client, as their online store includes many products with multiple variants—some of which are on sale with a compare-at price, while others are not. The goal is for only product variants with an empty compare-at price to be eligible for automatic discounts, while variants of the same product with a set compare-at price would not be eligible for automatic discounts.
