Exclude Specific Products from Free Shipping Threshold Calculation

Merchants need the ability to exclude certain product types, such as digital gift cards, from the free shipping threshold calculation. Currently, the free shipping rule applies to the entire cart value, including digital products. The requested improvement would allow only physical products to count toward the minimum amount required for free shipping.
