Exclude the product from specific discount campaigns (supported alternative)

You can create Advanced Discount Code campaigns that exclude the product you want to protect by using the Product Discount module and adding that product to the campaign's product exclusions. This prevents that particular discount code (or codes you create with exclusions) from applying to the product. Note: this does NOT block other discount codes created outside those campaigns. To prevent all discount codes from ever applying to a product store-wide, you'll need platform-level control (for example Shopify Plus Scripts or Shopify admin/price-rule settings) or custom checkout logic outside Discounty.
