Exclusive access for members

I have items that are exclusively stocked for subscribers, and the current system change prevents subscribers from receiving their special orders. Enabling 'continue selling when out of stock' allows non-subscribers to purchase these items, which is not ideal. I would like an option to restrict these items to subscribers only, maintaining the previous system functionality.
