Gift subscription with customer-selected wines

I am looking for a gift subscription option where the customer can select any wines from the thirty wines we offer. This subscription should allow for upfront payment and multiple shipments per year to the gift recipient. The current options do not provide the flexibility needed for customers to choose specific wines, which is essential for our gift-giving needs.
