Hide Locksmith-restricted variants from Notify Me buttons

We want the Notify Me buttons to respect Locksmith restrictions so that variants hidden for certain customers are not shown to them. Currently, variants that are restricted still appear in the Notify Me experience, even though they should be hidden. We specifically need this to work with customer tags, so that restricted variants remain hidden for regular customers but are visible to tagged groups such as wholesale customers. This would ensure that customers only see relevant variants based on their access level.
