I want stacking of an app collection discount with a second cart discount code and cart discount-box customization

I want the app to apply discounts by collection while also allowing customers to enter and stack an additional discount code in the cart (for example, the additional code applies to non-sale items), and to provide or customize the cart discount-code input box on the storefront so both codes can be used together.
