Instant Notify Me button toggle on variant change (no delay)

When switching between product variants — both on the main product page and in the sticky Add to Cart bar — the Notify Me button currently appears/disappears with a noticeable delay. Merchants would like the button to toggle instantly the moment a sold-out variant is selected, and hide immediately when an in-stock variant is selected.
