Integration with Interakt for WhatsApp back-in-stock notifications

We use Interakt for WhatsApp messaging, and we want Notify Me to integrate with Interakt so back-in-stock notifications can be sent through our Interakt WhatsApp account instead of going out via email.

Right now, Notify Me can send WhatsApp notifications using its own WhatsApp channel, but it does not support sending those notifications through third-party WhatsApp providers like Interakt. We want an option to connect Interakt and route Notify Me WhatsApp alerts through that integration, so customers receive the notifications on WhatsApp via our Interakt setup.
