Integration with SC Product Options, and to manage a suscription with product options variant app

Hi,

I have a suscription product that has custom options by SC Product Options that let's the costumer to choose multiple providers (Specialty Coffee) with a checkbox. The question is: The costumer will be able to change the checkbox options on the costumer account so we know if he changed his preferences on which type of coffee he wants?

Or is there an app that is compatible with yours that let's the costumer customize his selected options?
