Limit changing frequency options

I have enabled changing the frequency on the subscription portal, but options appear that don't exist in my subscription offering. You can set any number of days/weeks/months/years. I only offer every 2 weeks or 4 weeks in the Subi subscription plan and I want customers to only choose between them.
